Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Full stack Developer who can lead projects independently, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality code delivery. You must be proficient in Node.js, Python, unit testing, data structures, memory management, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of individual projects.

Mentor junior engineers and perform regular code reviews.

Build scalable backend services and fullstack applications.

Apply strong knowledge of data structures and memory optimization.

Ensure high code quality with unit testing and best practices.

Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployment.

Collaborate with teams to deliver secure and reliable solutions.

Requirements

5+ years of professional fullstack development experience.

Strong expertise in Node.js and Python.

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and memory management.

Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks.

Proficiency in Git workflows and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS).

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
