About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer who’s confident in building, scaling, and optimizing web applications using Next.js and Nest.js. You’ll play a key role in architecting solutions, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring technical excellence across projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and loves solving complex technical challenges end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js (frontend) and Nest.js (backend).
• Lead technical discussions, make architectural decisions, and ensure code quality and performance standards.
• Build reusable components, libraries, and APIs to streamline development across projects.
• Integrate with third-party APIs, databases, and internal systems with a focus on reliability and security.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate ideas into functional products.
• Conduct code reviews, guide junior developers, and uphold best practices in development and deployment.
• Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize for speed, scalability, and maintainability.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Node.js.
• Deep expertise in Next.js and Nest.js, including SSR, SSG, and API integration.
• Solid understanding of database design (SQL and NoSQL).
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with microservices architecture and scalable system design.
• Knowledge of SEO and performance optimization best practices.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools.
• Prior experience mentoring or leading development teams.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
