Job Description – Senior Full Stack Developer

Position: Senior Full Stack Developer

Experience Required: 5+ years (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize full-stack web and mobile applications.
• Lead end-to-end development cycles including architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, product, QA, and project managers.
• Ensure applications are responsive, secure, scalable, and high-performing.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems and platforms.
• Manage integrations with APIs, databases, and third-party services.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure code quality via best practices and standards.

Required Technical Skills:Frontend Development:

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, TailwindCSS, Material UI
• Strong command on JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React and Next.js

Backend Development:

• Solid expertise in Node.js, PHP, and Laravel
• Experience with Laravel + React stack

WordPress:

• Strong knowledge of WordPress, theme customization, custom development
• Custom Plugin Development expertise is essential

Mobile App Development:

• Hands-on experience with Flutter and React Native

Additional Competencies:

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and scalable code
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, REST APIs, and database management
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
