We’re Hiring: Senior Full Stack Developer (MERN)
Location: Onsite – E-11/2, Islamabad

Marifah Sol is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer (MERN) to build and scale high-performance, enterprise-level web applications. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of end-to-end development while mentoring junior developers and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
-Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB/MySQL, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
-Own full-cycle development: frontend, backend, APIs, and database architecture
-Build responsive and high-quality UI using React.js with modern state management
-Develop enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, LMS, and SaaS platforms
-Integrate third-party services and internal/external APIs
-Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
-Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce best practices
-Ensure performance optimisation, security, testing, and documentation
-Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and cross-functional teams

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
-5+ years of professional web development experience
-Strong hands-on expertise with the MERN stack
-Experience with Next.js, NestJS, and TypeScript (preferred)
-Solid understanding of REST APIs, scalable architecture, and Git
-Proven leadership, mentoring, and time-management skills
