Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications across front-end and back-end environments. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Build and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
• Front-End Engineering: Develop responsive user interfaces with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Back-End Engineering: Implement APIs, microservices, and server-side logic using Node.js, Java, or .NET.
• Database Management: Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
• System Integration: Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems and third-party services.
• Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, analysts, and project managers.
• Mentorship: Guide junior developers and foster a culture of innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Spring Boot, .NET).
• Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in GCC or international enterprise projects is an advantage.

Pay: KD1,100.000 - KD1,600.000 per month
