Senior Full Stack Developer (MERN)

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer with strong expertise in the MERN stack to help establish and lead our core technology team. You will play a dual role, developing high-quality software while mentoring and guiding junior engineers through hands-on training and real project work.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable applications using React, Node.js, NestJS, and MongoDB/PostgreSQL.
• Lead technical implementation across frontend (React, Redux, Redux toolkit, MUI, Ant Design) and backend (Node.js, NestJS, microservices).
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Provide technical mentorship, conduct code reviews, and support developer skill growth.
• Collaborate with management to plan, deliver, and optimize projects.
• Contribute to real-time communication modules involving WebRTC and SIP.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• 10+ years of software development experience with strong MERN expertise.
• 1+ year of mentoring, training, or leadership experience.
• 2+ years of experience with real time communication technologies like WebRTC, SIP or similar.
• Solid understanding of microservices, databases, and best coding practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Timings: Full-time, On-site, Mon-Fri (9:00 am - 6:00 pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs600,000.00 per month
