Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer proficient in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) with expertise in Next.js and NestJS. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering robust, scalable web applications and a passion for building innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Must speak fluent Arabic.
• Expertise in the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js, with specific experience in Next.js and NestJS.
• Must have worked on at least 2 mid-to-large scale projects (landing pages, static websites, or practice projects do not count).
• Knowledge of additional technologies (e.g., AWS, Docker, GraphQL) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Priority will be given to candidates with a transferable (NOC) visa or Golden Visa holders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using the MERN stack (React, Next.js, NestJS, MongoDB).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs, maintaining code quality and organization.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical strategy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• MERN Development: 5 years (Required)

Language:

• Fluent Arabic (Preferred)
