Senior Full Stack Developer (React + NestJS) - Onsite Bahawalpur

Location: Model Town B, Bahawalpur [Onsite]

Overview:

We are building a comprehensive Business CRM that covers lead generation, email tracking, and a full 360° recruitment cycle.

Tech Stack:

- Frontend:React.js, Ant Design, Material UI

- Backend: NestJS (TypeScript), Node.js

- Database: PostgreSQL

- ORM: TypeORM

- Version Control: Git

- Automation / Scrapper / CRM experience

- Deployment: Docker, GitLab/AWS (optional)

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and build scalable front-end components using React (Ant Design/Material UI)

- Develop and maintain backend services using NestJS (with occasional Node.js)

- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code with strong TypeScript practices

- Design efficient database schemas in PostgreSQL and manage DB communication via TypeORM

- Collaborate with QA, Product Owner, and UI/UX to deliver business-ready features

- Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser/device compatibility

- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and system architecture discussions

Requirements:

- 4+ years in full stack development with strong experience in:

- React (and Ant Design or Material UI)

- NestJS (or solid Node.js + TypeScript)

- Deep understanding of PostgreSQL and TypeORM

- Strong grasp of REST APIs, MVC patterns, and modular backend architecture

- Experience working in Agile development environments

- Proficient with Git, CI/CD tools, and Docker (bonus)

- Excellent communication and problem-solving ski

Nice to Have:

- Familiarity with CRM or recruitment systems

- Experience with email event tracking or third-party integrations (e.g., SendGrid, LinkedIn API)

- Exposure to GDPR/data privacy concept

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
