Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Lead

Job Overview

We are a UAE-based technology and digital transformation company focused on building software products and digital solutions for clients across the UAE and GCC.

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Lead who can take ownership of software architecture, development, deployment, integrations, and production support.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role for an experienced developer who can independently take projects from requirements → architecture → development → testing → deployment → production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable full-stack web applications.
• Build modern frontend applications, dashboards, APIs, and business workflows.
• Develop SaaS platforms with multi-tenant architecture, RBAC, subscriptions, and integrations.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL and other database systems.
• Develop secure REST APIs, webhooks, third-party integrations, and payment integrations.
• Build CRM, ERP, workflow, reporting, and business management applications.
• Integrate AI/LLM APIs, chatbots, automation, and AI-powered features.
• Deploy and maintain applications using Docker, Linux, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD.
• Work with AWS/Azure/GCP and production hosting environments.
• Perform code reviews and maintain coding and architecture standards.
• Troubleshoot performance, security, deployment, and production issues.
• Mentor junior developers and help build the future engineering team.
• Work directly with the Founder/CEO on technical planning, architecture, estimation, and product development.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend: React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS

Backend: Node.js, NestJS (strongly preferred), Python/FastAPI/Django, or .NET/ASP.NET Core

Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis

APIs & Security: REST APIs, JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger, OAuth/JWT, Webhooks

Cloud & DevOps: Git, GitHub/GitLab, Docker, CI/CD, AWS/Azure/GCP, Linux, Nginx

Required Experience

• 5–8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Proven production experience with React and Node.js or equivalent backend technology.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, databases, authentication, and integrations.
• Experience deploying and maintaining production applications.
• Ability to independently convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with code reviews and mentoring developers.
