About the Company

We are building a whitelabel neobank powered by stablecoins, combining the reliability of modern fintech with AI-driven intelligence. Our app provides all the features of a digital bank — wallets, payments, transaction histories, dashboards — and includes an AI agent for smarter financial interactions.

We run a modern TypeScript stack end-to-end:

Frontend: React Native + Expo, Tamagui design system, Zustand + TanStack Query, GraphQL/REST, SSE/WebSockets
Backend: Serverless AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Kinesis, EventBridge, Cognito, S3/CloudFront)
Tooling & Observability: EAS OTA updates, Maestro/Detox E2E tests, Sentry, Better Stack, RudderStack Amplitude

Role Summary

We are looking for a very senior Full Stack Engineer to deliver pixel-perfect financial apps while thriving in an environment where AI is a daily co-pilot. You will craft flawless UI in React Native, build secure serverless APIs, integrate blockchain payments, and leverage AI tools to accelerate development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver production-ready, pixel-perfect UI in React Native + Expo, using Tamagui + Style Dictionary for design consistency

• Own core neobank features: wallets, payments, transaction histories, onboarding, notifications

• Build and maintain scalable serverless APIs (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Kinesis, EventBridge)

• Integrate stablecoin/blockchain payment flows securely and in compliance with regulations

• Implement real-time features with WebSockets and SSE, including AI-driven chat and streaming UX

• Optimize for performance (Hermes, Reanimated, FlashList) and observability (Sentry, Better Stack)

• Collaborate with design teams using Figma tokens Tamagui workflows

• Actively leverage AI-driven development tools (Claude, Cursor, MCP integrations) to accelerate coding, testing, and prototyping

• Contribute to AI-assisted engineering culture and explore new tools to increase team velocity

• Mentor teammates and establish standards for AI + fintech development practices

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in mobile fintech apps

• Proven ability to deliver complex, modern financial apps with secure flows and polished UI

• Mastery of React Native + Expo with pixel-perfect UI/UX

• Full stack experience in TypeScript, including serverless AWS backends

• Experience with secure auth (Cognito, JWT, device secrets) and financial-grade data handling

• Familiarity with stablecoins, blockchain transactions, or payment APIs

• Strong knowledge of real-time networking (WebSockets, SSE)

• Comfortable working with AI tools in daily development (Claude, Cursor, AI-assisted IDEs)

• Passion for pushing the frontier of AI-driven software development
