Senior Full Stack Mobile Application Developer (ERP & WebRTC)

We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Senior Full Stack Mobile Application Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in mobile application development, backend architecture, and real-time communication technologies, with proven experience in developing or contributing to ERP systems.

This role requires a self-driven professional capable of handling both frontend and backend development while delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Shift Timing: Night Shift (11:00 PM – 9:00 AM)
• Working Days: 6 Days per Week
• Location: (On-site / Remote – specify)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mobile applications using Flutter and Kotlin
• Build and maintain backend systems using .NET and Node.js / Express.js
• Implement and manage WebRTC-based real-time audio/video communication
• Develop and enhance ERP software modules and enterprise workflows
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs
• Optimize database structures and system performance
• Ensure application scalability, reliability, and security
• Participate in full software development lifecycle from planning to deployment

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Flutter
• Proficiency in .NET framework / .NET Core
• Solid experience with Node.js / Express.js
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin (Android development)
• Practical experience implementing WebRTC
• Proven experience in ERP system development
• Strong understanding of full stack development (frontend + backend)
• Experience with API integration and database management
• Ability to work independently in a night shift environment
