The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build the core infrastructure that powers autonomous business operations for thousands of companies worldwide.

This is not your typical enterprise role where features take months to ship — here, you’ll deploy code to production in hours while working with cutting-edge AI technologies that most companies won’t touch for years.

Your work will directly impact how businesses automate revenue creation, with projects ranging from "How do we create an AI SDR that outperforms human representatives?" to "How do we build autonomous email campaigns that achieve 4x industry-standard performance?"

What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities

• AI-Powered Automation: Develop autonomous agents for cold email campaigns, sales development, call analysis, lead qualification, and more using Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced AI workflows.
• Platform Infrastructure: Build scalable systems including real-time dashboards, usage-based billing, CRM integrations, and workflow automation tools.
• Full-Stack Features: Ship end-to-end features using our modern stack — from interactive data tables to complex AI agent orchestration systems.
• Enterprise Integrations: Create seamless connections with external platforms while maintaining SOC2 / ISO 27001 / GDPR compliance standards.

Technical Stack

• Must-Have Experience:
• Next.js 13+ (App Router) – Modern React framework with server-side rendering
• TypeScript – Strongly-typed development for better code quality
• Tailwind CSS – Utility-first CSS framework for rapid UI development
• Tanstack/React Query – Powerful data fetching and state management
• Nice-to-Have Experience:
• Hono.js, Drizzle ORM, PostgreSQL, Redis
• OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, Mastra.ai
• Inngest for background jobs
• Vercel, Cloudflare deployments

Requirements

What We Value

• Experience: 5+ years of full-stack development with modern web technologies.
• Core Skills: Expert-level Next.js, TypeScript, and React.
• AI Integration: Familiarity with AI SDKs, LLM integration, or autonomous agent development strongly preferred.
• System Design: Strong understanding of scalable architecture, database design, and performance optimization for high-growth applications.
• Fast-Paced Execution: Ability to work independently in high-speed environments where priorities shift quickly.
