Senior Full Stack Word Press Developer

The Role

We’re looking for a front-end developer who lives and breathes Elementor but isn’t afraid to dive into the code when widgets hit their limits. You’ll translate pixel-perfect designs into fast and accessible WordPress sites and push our layouts forward with the latest UI trends.

What You’ll Do

* Build & Launch – Create responsive, high-performing websites in WordPress using Elementor.

* Custom Code – Extend Elementor with bespoke HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, vanilla JavaScript (ES6+), and light PHP when plug-ins can’t deliver.

* UX Polish – Apply contemporary UI patterns, motion micro-interactions, and mobile-first logic that feel as good as they look.

* Optimize – Minify assets, lazy-load smartly, and employ Core Web Vitals best practices to keep load times under two seconds.

Must-Haves

* 2-4 years building WordPress sites, with a deep command of Elementor.

* Fluency in semantic HTML, modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid), and native JavaScript; comfortable writing custom Elementor widgets or hooks.

* Portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused, design-forward sites and an eye for type, spacing, and hierarchy.

* Up-to-date knowledge of 2025 UI/UX trends (newsletter-style hero sections, glass morphism 2.0, AI-driven personalization, etc.).

* Working grasp of technical SEO, accessibility (WCAG 2.2), and performance auditing tools (Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights).

Nice-to-Haves

* Familiarity with headless WordPress / REST API, React, or Next.js for future-proof builds.

* Basic understanding of CRO tools (Hotjar, Google Optimize) and analytics tagging (GTM).

* Motion skills in GSAP or Lottie for micro-animations.
