Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our Professional Services team. You will be responsible for gathering client requirements, configuring Odoo modules, and ensuring successful project delivery — acting as the key link between business stakeholders and the technical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business requirement gathering sessions and document findings
• Map client processes to Odoo workflows and best practices
• Configure and implement Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Prepare functional design documents, gap analyses, and process flow diagrams
• Coordinate with developers to deliver customisations and validate outputs
• Lead UAT sessions and end-user training
• Provide post-go-live support and handle change requests

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• 4+ years of Odoo functional consulting experience
• Strong knowledge of core Odoo modules and ERP business processes
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Experience in the GCC market is preferred
• Odoo Functional Certification is an advantage

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
