Senior Property Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents with 6 months to 1 year of experience in the UAE real estate market to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on leads provided by the company
• Generate and maintain relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and investors
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Promote off-plan and secondary market properties
• Conduct property viewings and site visits
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the transaction process
• Maintain accurate records and follow-ups using the CRM system
• Coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal departments
• Provide professional after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of UAE real estate experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• UAE driving license is an advantage
