We are looking for a Senior Furniture Designer who can take ownership of design projects from concept to production. You aren’t just sketching ideas; you are shaping the look and feel of high-end furniture and interiors. You will lead design initiatives, collaborate closely with production teams, and be the advocate for quality and innovation in every project.

Key Responsibilities

Design Ownership: Lead furniture and interior design projects, maintaining style consistency and quality standards across all pieces.

End-to-End Design: Take projects from concept sketches, CAD drawings, and 3D visualizations through to production-ready designs.

Team Leadership: Mentor junior designers, provide guidance on design processes, and conduct constructive design reviews.

Client Collaboration: Work with clients to understand their requirements, present design proposals, and refine solutions based on feedback.

Material & Finish Expertise: Specify materials, finishes, and techniques to ensure both aesthetic appeal and functional durability.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 5+ years in furniture or interior design, with at least 1 year in a senior or mentorship role.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing custom furniture, interiors, and real-world projects. We want to see your design process and problem-solving skills.

Tooling: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, SolidWorks) and 3D modeling tools (Rhino, Blender, or similar).

Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities. You can bridge the gap between design intent and production realities.

Mindset: Creative, pragmatic, and detail-oriented. You know when to innovate, when to refine, and when to deliver efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RO36,000.000 - RO39,000.000 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Muscat (Muscat)
