Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior GenAI Consultant / Architect to lead the design, advisory, and implementation of enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. This role requires deep hands-on expertise across LLMs, GenAI architectures, and cloud platforms, along with strong client-facing and solution ownership capabilities.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted AI advisor, translating complex business problems into scalable GenAI solutions and driving initiatives from use-case discovery and POC through production deployment. While people management is not mandatory, technical mentoring and design leadership are critical.

Key Responsibilities

GenAI Solution Architecture & Delivery

• Design and own end-to-end GenAI solutions, including architecture, data pipelines, model integration, and deployment patterns
• Define enterprise GenAI reference architectures aligned with scalability, security, performance, and compliance requirements
• Lead GenAI initiatives from ideation, POC, MVP, to production rollout
• Identify high-impact GenAI use cases across business functions and industries

Large Language Models & Advanced AI

• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models (LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)
• Implement prompt engineering, prompt optimization, fine-tuning, and evaluation strategies
• Design and deploy RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using embeddings and vector databases
• Apply regression models, forecasting techniques, and time-series analysis where GenAI integrates with predictive analytics
• Perform model selection, validation, performance tuning, and monitoring

Data Engineering & AI Infrastructure

• Design data ingestion pipelines for structured and unstructured data (documents, images, logs, audio, etc.)
• Work with vector databases, feature stores, and embedding frameworks
• Build API-driven, containerized GenAI solutions using Docker/Kubernetes
• Ensure observability, cost optimization, and scalability of AI workloads

Cloud & Platform Expertise

• Architect and deploy GenAI solutions on AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
• Utilize cloud-native AI/ML and GenAI services effectively
• Implement secure, compliant, and production-grade AI systems in enterprise environments

Client Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement

• Lead client advisory engagements, requirement discovery sessions, and solution workshops
• Translate business challenges into actionable AI strategies and technical designs
• Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to business and technical stakeholders
• Support pre-sales, proposals, architecture reviews, and executive presentations

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

• Act as solution design owner for GenAI initiatives
• Provide technical mentoring to engineers, data scientists, and AI practitioners
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, engineering, and business teams
• Establish GenAI best practices, standards, and reusable frameworks

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

Core Technical Skills

• Enterprise GenAI architecture and solution design
• LLMs: OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models
• Prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings, and RAG frameworks
• Regression, forecasting, time-series analysis, and model validation
• Data ingestion pipelines, vector databases, feature stores

• Familiarity with MLOps / LLMOps frameworks

• Published thought leadership, blogs, or conference talks in AI/GenAI

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
