Job Summary

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Financial Support Services

The Program Manager (PM) will act as the single point of contact (POC) for contract management to include tracking all tasks to be performed under each task outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The PM shall manage the progress of Contractor performance on all tasks and ensure the provision of quality and timely deliverables required under the Task Order and the SOW. The PM shall serve as the single POC for all deliverables and issues. The Contractor shall manage all activities associated with this contract to execute the requirements of the SOW efficiently and effectively.
Duties

  • Provide on-site/off-site contract management of contract staff.
  • Meet weekly to provide Weekly Status Reports to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR)/Program Managers.
  • Provide monthly status reports.
  • Attend a Post Award Conference within 14 days of award.
  • Execute the final Transition Plans.
  • Execute the final Contract Management Plan.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all technical and administrative matters related to the contract.
  • Maintain communication with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
  • Immediately notify both the CO and the COR of any problems that would prevent timely performance of all tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have a B.S. or B.A. degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Must pass DHS suitability.
  • Must have at least 10 years’ experience in managing and executing complex or technical efforts as well as providing advice and counsel to both government and support staff.
  • Must have at least 5 years of direct supervision of a government financial support program.
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English.

Desired Qualifications

  • MBA, MA, or MS Degree is preferred.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

  • Program management: 10 years (Required)
  • Governmental accounting: 5 years (Required)
