Senior GIS Specialist

The Role
We are currently partnering with a leading real estate developer in Jeddah who is looking a BIM & GIS Specialist who will play a critical role in integrating geospatial data with infrastructure design, ensuring seamless collaboration across all project stakeholders. Responsibilities: -Coordinate Lead Appointed Party infrastructure designs in BIM & GIS environments -Evaluate pre- and post-contract BIM Execution Plans (BEP) -Develop and manage geospatial databases and standardize GIS data -Perform spatial modelling and geospatial analysis -Review GIS datasets for accuracy and quality control -Conduct research and testing of new digital engineering tools -Prepare drafts, calculations, and analyses for integration into the BIM environment

Requirements
Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related engineering field. -Experience in project consultancy and project management, supported by a strong consulting background. -Experience is required (5+ years). -Proficiency in both English and Arabic Languages. -Proficiency with GIS desktop software and data management. -Proficiency with BIM workflow and data management -Ability to effectively configure data.
