Role Overview

As a GHL Expert & Automation Specialist, you will:

• Architect & Build: Design, implement, and optimize GoHighLevel CRM systems, automations, funnels, and pipelines.
• Automate: Create efficient workflows that connect marketing, sales, and service processes using GHL, Zapier, and third-party tools.
• Customize: Develop high-converting funnels, landing pages, and automations tailored to client goals.
• Analyze & Optimize: Track campaign performance, lead journeys, and system efficiency to improve results.
• Collaborate: Work closely with clients, marketing teams, and developers to align automation strategies with business goals.
• Integrate: Connect GoHighLevel with external tools such as Google Sheets, Slack, payment gateways, and email systems.
• Document: Maintain detailed documentation of automations, triggers, and system workflows.

What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with GoHighLevel CRM, including automations, funnels, and workflows.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM management, and lead lifecycle tracking.
• Hands-on experience with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar integration platforms.
• Ability to build and optimize email campaigns, triggers, pipelines, and booking systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with HTML/CSS for customizing GHL pages and emails.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, or Facebook Pixel tracking.
• Knowledge of AI tools, chatbots, or workflow scripting.
• Agency or client-facing experience managing multiple GHL accounts.
