Senior Goods Flow Supervisor
is overseeing the efficient flow of goods within the organization, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our stores and customers.
This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to optimize the goods flow operations and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Responsibilities:

Oversee the goods flow operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of products in accordance with company standards and procedures

Develop and implement strategies to optimize the goods flow process, minimize lead times, and reduce costs

Lead and manage a team of goods flow associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback

Ensure accurate inventory management and stock levels by conducting regular audits and implementing replenishment plans

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and logistics, to forecast demand and plan for seasonal fluctuations

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to goods flow, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Contribute to the development and implementation of new systems and technology to enhance goods flow efficiency and accuracy
Requirements:

Proven experience in a goods flow or supply chain management role within the retail industry, with a strong understanding of inventory control and distribution processes

Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team, driving performance and fostering a positive work environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners, as well as to convey complex information to diverse audiences

Proficiency in using inventory management software and other relevant tools to track, analyze, and optimize goods flow operations

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field; additional certifications or training in goods flow management is a plus
