Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and lead a team of 30+ warehouse staff

* Manage inbound, outbound, and last mile delivery operations

* Handle a wide range of SKUs across categories

* Maintain stock accuracy using Warehouse Management System (WMS)

* Ensure compliance with safety and operational SOPs

* Coordinate with transporters and internal teams

Required Skills:

* Experience managing 30+ team members

* Proficient in WMS

* Strong knowledge of inventory, dispatch, and delivery processes

* Effective leadership and communication skills
