Senior Google Ads Performance Specialist (E-commerce & B2B Focus)
About the Role (The Challenge)
We are seeking a Senior Google Ads Performance Specialist to take immediate ownership of a portfolio of challenging, high-growth accounts across E-commerce and B2B Lead Generation.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem-solver with deep technical expertise in conversion tracking, smart bidding, and Quality Score optimization. This is a crucial role focused on structural account auditing and implementing immediate, profit-driving fixes.
You will work closely with a mentor team of two 10+ year Digital Marketing veterans, ensuring you have the resources and strategic guidance to implement aggressive, high-impact growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
The primary focus of this role is not routine management, but account restructuring and profitability revival, specifically addressing the following issues:
I. Technical & Conversion Audit (Immediate Priority)
Conversion Action Fix: Immediately audit, diagnose, and fix critical flaws in conversion tracking, specifically separating true Purchases and high-intent leads from low-intent micro-conversions (e.g., "Add-to-Cart" pollution) to restore accurate data for optimization.
Smart Bidding Implementation: Transition low-volume, high-value B2B accounts from inefficient Manual CPC to appropriate Smart Bidding strategies (Target CPA/ROAS) once sufficient data is accrued.
Quality Score (QS) Management: Systematically analyze and improve Quality Score across accounts, focusing on fixing the root cause: poor Landing Page Experience and ad copy misalignment for keywords where QS is less than 6
II. Campaign Strategy & Optimization
Budget Reallocation: Immediately identify and pause/radically cut budget from money-losing campaigns (e.g., those with ROAS < 0.5x) and keywords with zero conversions to stop budget burn.
Scale Winners: Drive budget increases and performance scaling for top-performing campaigns, especially those currently constrained by budget (e.g., E-commerce campaigns with 8x+ ROAS).
Keyword & Intent Mapping: Restructure generic, low-performing campaigns (e.g., Generic Hosting, B2B solutions) by implementing highly specific negative keywords and strictly mapping ad groups to high-intent buyer queries.
III. Reporting & Collaboration
Provide detailed weekly and monthly performance reports focused on ROAS, CPA/CPL, and Quality Score trend for clear, actionable decision-making.
Collaborate with the mentor team and web development to ensure dedicated, conversion-focused landing pages are created for key keyword themes (e.g., "vps windows" to /vps/windows-vps).
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, PMax, Display) with a clear focus on ROI and profitability.
Proven expertise in auditing and setting up complex conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM) or similar tools.
Demonstrable experience managing campaigns for both E-commerce (ROAS) and B2B Lead Generation (CPL/CPA) models.
Strong analytical skills, proficient in using Google Analytics and interpreting data to provide strategic insights.
Must be able to work effectively on-site at the Rawalpindi office.
