Senior Governance, Policy & Licensing Consultant

Job Purpose

Lead the development of policies, standards, and governance frameworks related to licensing activities, while designing operating models and examiner frameworks in alignment with leading practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop policies and procedures governing licensing activities.
• Develop evaluation standards for books and educational materials.
• Design governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) frameworks.
• Develop Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Develop investor classification frameworks and pricing mechanisms.
• Develop operating models, templates, and documentation related to licensing activities.
• Design the examiner selection and management framework, including selection criteria, evaluation methodologies, contracting processes, and code of ethics.
• Review all project deliverables to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
• Participate in workshops and stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in management, Law, Public Policy, Education, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in policy development, governance, business regulation, or licensing.

Proven experience in government sector projects, including the development of policies, regulatory manuals, and governance frameworks.
