ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.

  • Liaise with ministries and regulatory bodies, including MISA, MOH, and HRSD, to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and procedures.
  • Obtain and renew licenses, permits, and approvals, while maintaining accurate records and renewal schedules to prevent operational disruptions.
  • Support the Director of Legal and Compliance in aligning operational practices with government policies and regulatory frameworks.
  • Review and verify legal and contractual documents to ensure compliance with Saudi laws and internal policies.
  • Monitor, interpret, and communicate legislative and regulatory developments affecting the organization.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all documents, permits, correspondences, and approvals related to government relations.
  • Represent the company in dealings with governmental entities and advocate for company interests when necessary.
  • Develop strategies to resolve or mitigate issues arising from government-related matters.
  • Ensure adherence to labor, health, and business regulations across all company operations.
  • Perform other duties or tasks as assigned.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree.

Experience Requirements:

Three (3) years of experience in a previous legal healthcare setting is preferred.
