Senior Graphic Designer

Design visually compelling creatives for social media, including static posts, carousels,

GIFs, banners, and ad creatives, aligned with brand messaging and campaign objectives.

Develop high-quality presentations and create infographics and data visualizations to communicate complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.

Produce brochures, marketing collateral, event branding, website graphics, and customer-facing visual assets that uphold FloTorch’s brand identity.

Maintain consistency in visual language across all projects while bringing fresh, original ideas to every campaign.

Stay current with design trends, emerging tools, and platform-specific best practices (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.).

Liaise with printers, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality production of digital and print deliverables.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

4–5 years of hands-on experience in a graphic design role, ideally in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Demonstrated experience working with marketing, product, and engineering teams.

A strong portfolio showcasing branding, corporate communications, and digital marketing design.

Preferred Qualifications:‍

Working knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools such as Adobe After

Effects and Premiere Pro.

• Strong aesthetic sensibility with deep expertise in layout, typography, and visual

storytelling.

• Proficient in creating infographics and data visualizations that simplify complex content.

formats.

• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and collaborate effectively with

cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret briefs and translate them into

compelling visual outputs.
