Role Summary

We’re looking for a Visual Designer to bring our product narratives to life with sharp, functional, and beautiful creative assets. This role sits inside the Product Marketing team and will own the visual output for product launches, lifecycle campaigns, one-pagers, pitch decks, demo flows, customer stories, and more.

You’ll shape how Keka is experienced visually - across web, mobile, slides, and documents. If you love blending precision with creativity, and obsess over clarity as much as aesthetics, we want you.

What You'll Do

  • Design high-impact assets for product GTM: one-pagers, demo flows, feature banners, social assets, sales decks, infographics.
  • Collaborate with PMMs and Content Marketers to bring launch stories and campaigns to life visually.
  • Support Sales and CX enablement with visually clear, brand-consistent deliverables.
  • Manage brand consistency across launch assets while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Evolve visual storytelling frameworks and templates for faster asset production.
  • Coordinate with Web, Video, and Demand Gen teams to ensure asset reuse across touchpoints.

You Should Have

  • 2 – 4 years of design experience, preferably in SaaS or tech marketing.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and presentation tools.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, and UX for marketing design.
  • Experience creating assets for B2B audiences (Sales, HR, IT, etc).
  • Basic motion or video-editing skills are a plus.
  • Portfolio that shows a strong sense of craft, clarity, and versatility.

Success Looks Like

A successful Visual Designer in this role will create business impact through visual clarity, brand cohesion, and execution speed:

  • Design Velocity & System Thinking
  • Builds and maintains a centralized design system for PMM assets: presentation templates, one-pager formats, and Figma libraries.
  • Reduces time-to-design within 2 quarters through reusable templates and streamlined review cycles.
  • Prioritizes MVP-first versions (static > motion, long-form > snackable) to support fast-paced launches.
  • Brand Cohesion & UX Sensibility
  • Evolves a visual storytelling framework that is on-brand, modern, and functional across formats - web, mobile, docs, decks, social.
  • Consistently applies best practices in hierarchy, accessibility, and typography to support clarity over flair.
  • Acts as the visual quality gatekeeper for all PMM-led assets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Highly rated by PMMs, Content Marketers, and Campaign Managers for proactive problem-solving.
  • Comfortable collaborating in shared tools like Figma, Notion, or Webflow to support web/landing page visuals or embedded content.
  • Participates in campaign or launch kick-offs and contributes to ideation with early visual concepts.
  • Creativity with Commercial Sensibility
  • Brings in surprising and delightful ideas to elevate content - animations, micro-interactions, conceptual illustrations, layout upgrades.
  • Pitches new visual formats (e.g., carousels, scroll-based explainers, “TL;DR” product snapshots) that improve engagement on owned channels.
  • Designs with intent: visuals aren’t just pretty - they help convert, educate, or differentiate.
  • Measurement & Adaptation
  • Tracks creative performance via asset engagement, email CTRs, and feedback from Sales/CX.
  • Runs periodic retrospectives on what worked, and proposes visual experiments per quarter.
