Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Own and evolve the visual identity of OceanAir and its brands, ensuring consistency across all platforms and mediums.

Translate brand strategy into compelling visual executions that reflect our values, target audience, and positioning.

Lead the creative development of new sub-brands, products, campaigns, and experiences.

Oversee the design and production of all brand-related assets including brochures, digital ads, social media graphics, presentations, merchandise, signage, and packaging.

Create and maintain brand guidelines and ensure they are followed across internal and external teams.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (BD, marketing, product, experience, venues, operations, HR, etc.) to support design needs and maintain a cohesive visual language.

Manage and mentor junior designers, freelancers, and creative agencies as needed.

Review and approve all creative materials before release, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and impact.

Liaise with content, digital marketing, and photo-video teams to deliver integrated campaigns with strong visual appeal.

Stay ahead of design trends, technologies, and cultural movements to keep OceanAir’s creative output fresh and relevant.

Uphold high standards of visual storytelling, typography, layout, and composition across all channels.
Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.

4- 5 years of professional experience
in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role.

Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, campaign work, digital and print design.

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and proficiency in tools like Figma/Canva.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.

Experience in leading or mentoring junior designers/freelancers.

Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
-
Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is an advantage.

Experience in hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
