Role Overview

As a Senior Graphic Designer for Art initiatives, you will lead the creative development of visual assets, ensuring brand consistency and impactful design execution. You’ll produce print, digital, OOH, and event materials, proactively supporting marketing and promotional campaigns.


Key Responsibilities


1 Creative Conceptualization and Timeline Management


  • Act as the brand guardian of Art Dubai and all Art Dubai art vertical programmes and projects, overseeing the conceptualization, development, and evolution of creative design concepts.
  • Ensure alignment with brand identities and objectives, with focus on proactive management of timelines to meet project deadlines.


2. Graphic Design and Proactive Asset Development


  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing collateral and promotional materials for various mediums and communication channels. This includes print, digital, out-of-home (OOH), social media, presentations, proposals, review documents, and event signage.
  • Proactively develop assets to support ongoing and future campaigns, ensuring a steady pipeline of creative resources. Familiarity with a full range of design software including AutoCAD and ability to execute 3d renders needed.


3. Brand Representation and Execution Excellence


  • Ensure all design materials accurately represent the company's brand identity and messaging.
  • Maintain consistency and cohesiveness across all touchpoints, emphasizing execution to elevate brand perception and impact.


4. Event Promotion and Strategic Execution


  • Develop creative campaigns and strategies to promote participation in and footfall to art vertical events.
  • Utilize various marketing channels effectively to maximize visibility and engagement. Emphasize strategic planning and execution to achieve desired outcomes within set timelines.


5. Collaboration and Timely Deliverables


  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and event management, to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Develop effective design solutions that meet their needs while adhering to project timelines and milestones.


6. Vendor Management and Efficient Execution


  • Liaise with external vendors, printers, and suppliers to ensure timely production and delivery of design materials.
  • Manage the end-to-end process from design approval and costings to final execution, emphasizing efficient coordination to meet project deadlines and quality standards.


Qualifications and Experience


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or higher,

Experience: at least 5 years of work experience in Graphic Design. Experience in a creative, cultural or luxury organization is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both internal and external.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
