Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns for clients across industries.
- Design brand collaterals: logos, brochures, banners, packaging, social media creatives, ad campaigns.
- Lead a small team of junior designers/interns and review their work.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and business developers to translate client briefs into impactful visuals.
- Ensure all designs are brand-consistent, innovative, and delivery-ready for print/digital.
- Coordinate with vendors (printers, sign board makers, fabricators) to ensure quality output in production.
- Stay updated on design trends, new tools, and creative technologies to keep the agency’s work modern and competitive.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design (agency or branding experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva (knowledge of motion graphics/video editing is a plus).
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, advertising, and campaign work.
- Leadership qualities: ability to mentor juniors and handle client-facing design discussions.
- Excellent knowledge of typography, layout design, and color psychology.
