About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with expertise in visual design, UI/UX, and HTML email template creation . The ideal candidate will have proven experience in real estate, luxury, or lifestyle brands and the ability to balance aesthetic excellence with functional design , ensuring a consistent, premium brand experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

🎨 Creative Design

• Conceptualize and design brochures, presentations, brand collaterals, and campaign creatives tailored for luxury real estate.
• Develop high-impact social media content , digital campaigns, and property marketing materials.

🖥️ UI/UX Design

• Create elegant, user-friendly interfaces for websites, landing pages, and microsites.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Collaborate with IT/Development teams to ensure functionality.

💻 HTML Templates

• Build and maintain responsive HTML email templates for property launches, investor updates, and newsletters.
• Optimize templates for performance while aligning with premium branding standards.

✨ Branding & Storytelling

• Uphold a luxury-first brand identity across digital and print.
• Translate business objectives into design concepts that resonate with high-net-worth global audiences .

🤝 Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Development teams to support launches, events, and brand campaigns.
• Provide creative direction and mentoring to junior designers when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in UI/UX .
• Prior experience with real estate, luxury, hospitality, or premium lifestyle brands (mandatory) .
• Strong portfolio showcasing luxury-focused branding and digital projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma/Sketch .
• Strong knowledge of HTML5 & CSS3 for email and landing page design.
• Solid understanding of luxury brand aesthetics, typography, and visual hierarchy .
• Familiarity with property marketing tools/CRM integrations is a plus.
• Excellent project and time management skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in 3D visualization, motion graphics, or video editing .
• Familiarity with real estate portals and digital advertising.
• Knowledge of Arabic or GCC cultural aesthetics.
