Position Title: Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role:

Reef Holding is looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to support different teams with professional designs that reflect the company’s brand identity and strengthen its market presence. The designer will be responsible for developing print and digital materials, executing creative ideas, and ensuring consistency with the company’s marketing and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design digital and print marketing materials according to the approved brand identity.

• Develop innovative designs to support marketing and advertising campaigns for higher engagement and reach.

• Coordinate designs to ensure consistency of visual messages across all marketing channels.

• Prepare professional designs for posts, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.

• Improve design quality based on feedback from relevant teams to ensure the best visual experience.

• Create visual content for social media, websites, and various promotional materials.

• Execute advertising designs for digital platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others.

• Work with the content and marketing team to develop designs that reinforce campaign messages.

• Develop brand visual identities and ensure they are updated in line with developments.

• Maintain and organize design files for easy access and use.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends and provide new ideas to enhance the company’s visual identity.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
• Strong creative skills with the ability to produce attractive designs.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of designs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
