We’re Hiring: Senior Graphic Designer (Visual Communication Lead)

Location: Karachi – Full-time, On-site

About the Role:

We’re looking for a top-tier Senior Graphic Designer — a master of visual communication design — who is ready to take full creative ownership. In this high-impact role, you'll not only lead design projects but also play a key role in building and mentoring a growing creative team. The ideal candidate lives and breathes design, understands the strategic power of social media advertising, and stays ahead of the curve with the latest AI tools and creative trends like ChatGPT-4o, Midjourney, and Ideogram.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the design direction across digital platforms (social media, websites, ad creatives, branding)
• Create stunning visual content focused on advertising and brand messaging
• Own the creative process from concept to execution with attention to detail
• Supervise and mentor junior designers and interns
• Stay up to date with modern tools, marketing trends, and AI innovations
• Collaborate with marketing/strategy teams to ensure visuals hit the right audience
• Tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (Premiere Pro & After Effects is a plus)

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital, social, and ad design
• Strong portfolio with branding, social, and advertising work
• Excellent sense of layout, typography, and color psychology
• Ability to create visuals that clearly communicate the message and connect with the target audience
• Strong communication skills (must understand English)
• Reliable, organized, deadline-focused
