Senior Graphic Designer

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

2. Prior experience in an advertising agency as a Graphic Designer.

3. Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, and creative marketing projects.

4. Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Runway AI, etc.).

5. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Design & Creative Execution: Create high-quality graphic assets, including icons, illustrations, patterns, logos, social media creatives, and website elements. Develop innovative concepts for marketing materials and brand campaigns. Leverage Generative AI tools to enhance design workflows and creativity.
• Branding & Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines. Maintain and manage a design style guide for consistent brand representation.
• Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives. Review and provide constructive feedback on junior designers' work.
• Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI-powered tools, and creative techniques. Experiment with new design software and methods to enhance creative output.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
