- Develop comprehensive visual brand identities that resonate across digital and physical touchpoints

- Create data-visualization designs that translate complex information into compelling narratives
- Develop design guidelines that maintain brand consistency
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and user interaction patterns
- Participate in creative brainstorming and strategic design workshops
Key Responsibilities
- Branding Design: Develop and design branding materials, including logos, business cards, letterheads, and brand guidelines.
- Digital Design: Design digital marketing materials, including social media graphics, email newsletters, and website elements.
- Mobile App Design: Design visually appealing and user-friendly mobile app interfaces, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Web App Design: Design intuitive and engaging web app interfaces, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- UI/UX Design: Develop user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design concepts for mobile and web apps, ensuring seamless user interactions.
- Visual Design: Develop visual design concepts and designs for marketing campaigns, including brochures, flyers, and posters.
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all branding, digital marketing, mobile app, and web app designs.
- Design Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
- Social Media Management: Manage and strategize social media platforms of the company.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 years or equivalent of experience in branding, digital marketing, mobile app, and web app design.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality designs.
- Familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development basics, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
