Colorado Public Radio (CPR) is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer.
About the Position:
The Senior Graphic Designer conceptualizes, designs and executes creative concepts to consistently and clearly communicate CPR’s brand identity. You develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, collateral, presentations, and reports. You will execute CPR’s brand-focused creative while working with key managers to showcase and elevate our brand(s). As a strategic, conceptual thinker, you will have a wide range of design capabilities and experience with a solid background in visual communications, commercial art, print, digital, photography, branding and typography.
The new hire is expected to reside in the greater Denver metro area upon starting - this is not a remote position. However, a hybrid schedule is available that requires a minimum of 3 days in the office each week.
About You:
You are a creative, innovative, experienced graphic designer with the ability to prioritize user experience and accessibility in design. You develop strong professional relationships, utilizing diplomacy, persuasion and active listening skills to conceptualize strong creative concepts in tandem with others. You communicate clearly and effectively with people across multiple departments. You’ve demonstrated experience in navigating competing project deadlines well.
