Summary:

Are you a visual storyteller who thrives on transforming ideas into powerful graphics and narratives? As part of our Marketing & Communications team, you'll be at the forefront of our company’s creative endeavors, offering your unique touch to elevate our collaborative efforts with various company departments. As a key player, your role will extend beyond traditional boundaries, encompassing the crafting of visually stunning materials for client solicitations, including requests for qualifications (RFQs), requests for proposals (RFPs), and interview initiatives. Located at our Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI, this in-office position extends its impact across the nationwide firm.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-impact RFQ and RFP materials (layouts, graphics, presentations)
• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications Group to create print and digital content, including a variety of internal projects as directed
• Plan and assist with photography and videography shoots
• Curate, design, and update content for website and social media platforms
• Ensure all deliverables fall within Kapur brand guidelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 4-6 years in a design or marketing role (A/E/C industry preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Acrobat), Microsoft Office, MailChimp, and Hootsuite
• Proficiency in photography and videography a plus
• Outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively amongst all teams and levels of our organization
• Self-starter with the ability to work under deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to manage last-minute and urgent requests
• High attention to detail
