Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visual assets including social media creatives, ad banners, stories, reel thumbnails, and PM creatives.
- Develop branding materials such as logos, brochures, flyers, packaging designs, and corporate presentations.
- Collaborate closely with the content and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency and uphold visual identity standards across all client deliverables.
- Mentor and guide junior designers to maintain creative quality and adherence to design standards.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with a strong focus on creativity, attention to detail, and timely delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, preferably in a creative agency or marketing environment.
- Lead and manage the Design Team, overseeing the entire creative process from concept to delivery.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, and/or Figma.
- Sound understanding of visual storytelling, color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Proven experience in creating engaging visuals for social media, branding, and marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with AI-based design tools and automation software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
