Senior Graphic Designer (Client-Facing, International Projects)
Location
Mumbai - Onsite (5 Days) - Weekends Off
Role Overview
You will act as a senior Graphic designer responsible for delivering high-quality creative assets for
ecommerce
and
OTT / streaming
clients across Australia, Europe, and other global markets. You’ll manage international client relationships, lead creative execution, ensure design consistency across touchpoints, and mentor junior designers. You’ll serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams (strategy, ux/ui, content, development).
Key Responsibilities
-
Be the primary design liaison for international clients (Australia, Europe), attending client calls, gathering briefs, presenting work, driving feedback loops, and managing expectations.

Translate client marketing / content goals into strong visual executions across formats (digital ads, campaign creatives, social, website / landing pages, OTT interface skins or graphics, video overlays, in-stream creatives, etc.).

Lead and own creative direction for campaigns — concept, visual identity, moodboards, storyboards, design systems, and execution.

Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs and touchpoints (digital, mobile, social, video, interface).

Collaborate with strategy, UX, content, development, and media teams to ensure designs work within technical constraints, support conversions & user journeys, and align with campaign KPIs.

Mentor and review work of junior/mid-level designers; provide feedback, best practices, and uplift quality.

Stay current with global design trends (especially in ecommerce, OTT, video UI/UX, motion) and push innovation within the team.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strict deadlines, quality checks, version control, asset handoff to dev, QA, etc.

Occasionally contribute to pitch decks, proposals, design ideation for new business.

Ensure proper documentation of design systems, style guides, versioning, and asset libraries.
Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory / Strongly Preferred:
-
2+ years of professional experience in graphic / visual / UI design, preferably in an agency or studio environment.
-
Proven track record of working
directly client-facing
(taking briefs, doing client calls, presenting, managing revisions) for international clients (especially Australia, Europe or US).

Hands-on experience in
ecommerce
brand design (retail websites, product launches, digital campaign creatives) AND
OTT / streaming / video interface
design (UI skins, overlays, creative for video content)

Strong sense of visual aesthetics, typography, color, motion, layout — with polished execution.

Experience designing for multiple digital formats: web, mobile, social, banner ads, video creatives.

Familiarity with motion design / animation (After Effects, Lottie, or similar) is a strong plus.

Deep proficiency in core design tools:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD (for interface / UX work)

• Motion / Animation tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)

• Version control / asset management (Zeplin, Abstract, or similar)

• Basic prototyping skills

Strong communication skills (verbal, written) in English, able to present ideas clearly and coherently to senior stakeholders/clients.

Experience working across time zones, in global teams & projects.

Ability to handle feedback, iterate fast, manage revisions and maintain quality under tight deadlines.

Portfolio that demonstrates high-quality design work in ecommerce & OTT / video / interface contexts, ideally with international campaigns.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

Experience working in or for US/UK/Australian/European markets — knowledge of cultural nuances, market-specific design sensibilities.

Understanding of user experience, info architecture, conversion optimization.

Exposure to digital marketing metrics (CTR, engagement, A/B testing) to inform design decisions.

Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus (to better collaborate with developers).

Prior leadership / mentoring experience.
