About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate
Senior Associate - Graphic Design
to lead our creative design team at BrandStory Digital. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in visual communication, digital design, and design strategy while mentoring a team of designers to deliver outstanding brand and digital experiences. This role blends creativity, leadership, and execution, requiring a balance of hands-on design capability and people management.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI/UX designers, graphic designers, and motion artists.

Conduct regular design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure design excellence.

Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive culture within the design team.

Manage workload allocation, timelines, and resource planning across projects.
Creative Strategy & Execution

Translate client briefs into impactful creative strategies and design solutions.

Ensure brand consistency across all platforms (digital, print, video, and experiential).

Collaborate with strategy, content, and tech teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Stay updated with global design trends, digital innovations, and emerging tools.
Project Ownership

Oversee multiple design projects from concept to execution.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets aligned with client expectations.

Manage client presentations, articulating design thinking and rationale effectively.

Collaborate with business teams on pitches, proposals, and new client onboarding.
Quality & Standards

Establish and enforce design guidelines, brand systems, and best practices.

Maintain high creative standards that enhance user experience and brand identity.

Implement efficient design processes, workflows, and review mechanisms.
Key Skills & Competencies

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX, branding, and digital-first campaigns.

Excellent knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, etc.).

Understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design principles.

Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives and client needs.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or equivalent.

5–6 years of experience in digital design, branding, or creative agencies.

Proven track record of managing design teams and delivering end-to-end creative projects.

Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
