Senior Graphic Designer

Overview

At The Brandit Agency, we help national brands, small businesses, and franchise organizations bring their ideas to life through branded merchandise and e-stores. We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, working with others, and obsesses over details. You’ll collaborate daily with account managers and production teams to deliver work that’s both strategic and beautiful, ranging from mockups and pitch decks to brand assets and digital templates.

What You’ll Do

- Design high-quality client presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral.

- Create and refine brand assets, templates, and reusable design systems.

- Develop cohesive visual concepts that align with client brand guidelines and objectives.

- Build layouts and creative assets for eCommerce portals and digital experiences.

- Translate creative direction into production-ready files for vendors and production requirements.

- Work collaboratively with account teams to manage priorities and meet deadlines.

- Maintain quality and brand consistency across multiple concurrent projects.

What You Bring

- 4–8 years of experience in graphic design (agency, marketing, or in-house preferred)

- Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)

- Familiarity with Figma, Google Slides, or PowerPoint for presentation design.

- Experience with Webflow or other eCommerce/web design platforms a plus.

- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.

- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.

- A positive, solution-oriented mindset and a willingness to collaborate.

Nice to Have

- Experience in branded merchandise, apparel design, or print production.

- Knowledge of pre-press and packaging requirements.

- Animation or motion design skills (After Effects, etc.).
