Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Pokharan Road Number 1, Thane (West)

Objective: Create visually engaging assets that enhance brand identity and improve user experience.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Graphic Design & Branding
• Create social media creatives, website assets, and ad graphics.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
• Develop infographics, brochures, and print materials.
• Website & UI/UX Optimization
• Design wireframes and UI elements for landing pages and websites.
• Work with developers to ensure seamless execution.
• Optimize designs based on heatmaps and user behavior analytics.
• Social Media Creatives & Ads
• Design attention-grabbing posts and stories for social platforms.
• Create ad variations for A/B testing.
• Adapt content for different platform dimensions and specifications.
• Presentation & Proposal Design
• Design pitch decks and investor presentations.
• Ensure visual appeal in client proposals.
• Maintain clarity and hierarchy in presentations.
• Motion Graphics & Video Elements
• Create simple animations and motion graphics.
• Work with video editors to enhance visual storytelling.
• Design intro/outro elements for brand videos.
• Team handling

Tasks & Activities:

• Design social media creatives, website assets, infographics, and digital ads.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visuals.
• Design UI/UX layouts for landing pages, websites, and mobile apps.
• Create pitch decks, sales proposals, and presentations.
• Collaborate with video editors to design motion graphics and animations.
• Stay updated with design trends and best practices.

Metrics - Measurement Parameters:

• of designs delivered per month
• Brand consistency score (internal review)
• Engagement rate on visuals (likes, shares, saves)
• Website UI/UX improvements (bounce rate, time on page)
• Turnaround time for design requests

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience with digital and print design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Knowledge of web design (HTML, CSS) and basic video editing skills is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
