Senior Graphic Designer

About The Role

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative direction and execution across AIO's restaurant portfolio. This role is perfect for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on design excellence, bringing brand stories to life through powerful visuals across digital, print, and video formats.

You'll be responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-impact design assets — from digital campaigns and social media visuals to brand books, pitch decks, and on-premise branding. You'll also guide junior designers, ensure visual consistency, and elevate the overall creative output for our restaurant clients.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Lead the creative process from concept to delivery for restaurant brands across digital and print.
• Design engaging, on-brand assets including social media content, digital menus, and marketing materials.
• Create print-ready designs for on-premise branding (posters, menus, table tents, standees, packaging, etc.).
• Develop comprehensive brand books that define visual identity, tone, and design systems.
• Design visually impactful pitch decks and presentations that clearly communicate brand value.
• Ensure consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints and formats.
• Collaborate with Growth Experts and Performance teams to translate ideas into strong visual narratives.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers.
• Manage multiple design projects efficiently and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
  
  

What are we looking for, and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?

• 4+ years of design experience, ideally with agency or in the F&B, hospitality sectors.
• Proven expertise in video editing and animation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across digital, print, and motion design.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) and tools like CapCut and Canva.
• Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to think strategically about design impact.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
• Awareness of digital content trends and audience engagement dynamics.
