Senior Graphic Designer

Avion Global is hiring :

Graphic & Video Designer works closely with the creative team to create engaging visual materials for various projects, focusing mainly on information design in addition to other disciplines including but not limited to branding, marketing collateral, and media. They are responsible for conceptualizing, designing, executing visual solutions that meet project objectives, client requirements and perform quality assurance check.

* Designing presentations for a wide range of global brands.

* Proficiency in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo Design

* Experience in Branding and Typography

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

* Ability to work independently and remotely

* Strong portfolio showcasing diverse graphic design projects

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field

* Developing original design concepts and presentations that meet the client's objectives.

* The ability to quickly learn processes and implement them in detail.

* Working on projects; executing with overview, showing attention to detail, and managing time constraints.

* Creating strategic designs across a wide range and type of projects, including presentation design, reports design, illustrations, storyboards, logo and brand identity (re)design, and more.

* Collaborating with designers, directors, and operations and projects team.

* Continuously learning, developing, and growing yourself and others.

* Staying up-to-date on design trends and technology advancements in presentation design.

* Having knowledge in presentation and graphic design platforms such as MS PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, Aftereffect, InDesign etc.

* Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

* Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas to help improve the presentation design process

Requirements:

* Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere

* Experiences : 1-3 years

* Design professional visual content for social media platforms (posts, infographics, ads).

* Produce creative short videos tailored for campaigns and different platforms.

* Create and animate motion graphics to deliver marketing messages in an engaging way.

* Edit videos, including color correction, transitions, and visual/sound effects.

* Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to turn ideas and briefs into creative outputs.

* Ensure consistency with the company’s brand identity across all designs.

* Stay updated with the latest design and video trends, bringing fresh ideas to the table.

* Manage time effectively and deliver projects within deadlines.
