About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned designer with 10-12 years of professional experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for detail, and can turn complex ideas into visually compelling assets.

You will play a key role in shaping our visual identity across multiple platforms and campaigns, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring all creative output meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of high-impact visuals across digital and print platforms, including campaigns, websites, social media, branding, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and leadership teams to develop creative concepts that align with business goals and brand strategy.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and priorities, while ensuring exceptional attention to detail and on-brand execution.
• Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to junior designers, freelancers, and vendors when needed.
• Work cross-functionally to support product launches, internal communications, and special initiatives with strong visual storytelling.
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies to continually bring fresh ideas and innovations to the team.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a creative agency or in-house design team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across digital and print, including brand identity, marketing campaigns, and multi-channel design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Deep understanding of design principles including layout, typography, colour theory, and composition.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion design or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with UX/UI design and web development fundamentals.
• Experience mentoring or leading other designers.
• Background in working with cross-functional teams in tech, e-commerce, media, or related industries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
