Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of media, including digital, print, and social platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design solutions that align with the brand’s vision, and support marketing, advertising, and other business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop creative and original visual concepts, designs, and layouts for a variety of marketing materials such as brochures, websites, social media posts, advertisements, presentations, and more.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity. Maintain consistency across all design materials and platforms.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to create visually engaging materials that support the company’s goals and objectives.
• Digital & Print Design: Produce graphics for both print and digital formats. Ensure that all designs are optimized for different mediums and devices (web, social media, email, etc.).
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality results. Be proactive in seeking feedback and implementing revisions.
• Creative Innovation: Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and technologies. Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to all design projects.
• Image Editing & Retouching: Edit and enhance images for use in various digital and print media. Ensure high-quality image manipulation and consistency across all materials.
• User Experience Focus: Develop designs with user experience in mind, ensuring designs are intuitive and user-friendly.
• File Management & Documentation: Organize and maintain design files and assets for easy retrieval. Ensure that all final deliverables are properly formatted for production.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio of work showcasing a range of design styles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools
• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Experience designing for both digital and print media.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to take feedback and make revisions as needed while maintaining a high standard of work.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics and animation (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
• Familiarity with web design, UX/UI principles, and responsive design.
• Experience in branding and logo design.
• Knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
