Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. This role requires a designer with a strong portfolio, exceptional technical skills, and a passion for creating compelling visuals that drive interest in the competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and design of diverse marketing materials, including digital assets for property listings, social media campaigns, website banners, email templates, and high-quality print collateral (e.g., luxury brochures, flyers, newspaper ads).
• Ensure all visual communications are on-brand , consistent in style, and reflective of the quality and professionalism of the Nationwide brand.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to translate property features and promotional strategies into visually stunning and effective designs .
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines common in the fast-moving real estate environment.
• Maintain and evolve the company's design system and style guide.
• Stay ahead of local and international design trends to keep our brand visuals competitive and cutting-edge.

What You'll Bring

• 3-4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a proven track record of delivering impactful design solutions.
• Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign ).
• A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in both digital and print design, particularly for high-value products or services.
• Significant Advantage: Prior experience designing for the real estate, property development, or luxury goods industries in the UAE or GCC region.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design choices and receive feedback effectively.
• Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) or basic video editing is a plus.
