Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for social media, digital ads, websites, and print materials.
• Create engaging social media posts, campaign creatives, and promotional designs in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the content and strategy teams to ensure visuals support overall marketing objectives.
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, color palette, and tone across all visuals.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, digital tools, and social media formats.
• Edit, retouch, and enhance images and artwork as needed.
• Prepare final design files for digital publication or print production.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in a marketing or creative agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
• Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, and color theory.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to translate ideas and briefs into visually appealing designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
