Objective:
Design and deliver high‑quality visual content (digital and print) that reinforces the Department’s corporate identity, elevates institutional visibility, and supports day‑to‑day and event collaterals.
Essential Duties:

Conceptualize, design, and produce visually engaging infographics, data visualizations, and graphic assets that simplify complex information and make data easily understandable.

Produce high-quality static and motion graphics, layouts, and AV adaptations for campaigns, web, social media, presentations, reports, and event collateral, aligned with brand guidelines.

Ensure strict adherence to visual identity and consistency across all assets; maintain and evolve brand visual systems with a strong focus on information design principles.

Develop templates, iconography, and visual frameworks to support data storytelling and regularly used deliverables.

Coordinate with printers, photographers/videographers, and agencies; manage quality checks and file/version control to ensure design accuracy and production excellence.

Create assets (static, motion, short-form video) with accessibility considerations and optimized readability for data-heavy content.

Apply performance and sentiment insights to refine visual approaches and improve data communication effectiveness.

Support urgent requests (statements, executive decks, press materials, data briefs) with high standards under tight timelines while ensuring clarity and visual impact.

Build and maintain an organized and searchable repository of icons, charts, maps, and infographics for quick reuse and adaptation.

Follow the processes within the department to sign off collaterals developed and ensure version control for all infographic and data assets.

Provide the necessary support to the line manager and perform any other related tasks assigned.

Collaborate closely with strategy, content, and analytics teams to interpret data insights and translate them into creative visual narratives.

Stay up to date on data visualization trends, design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Tableau, Power BI), and best practices to continuously elevate infographic quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communication or related field, or related field.

Mastery of Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; After Effects/Premiere a plus); Arabic/English typography skills.
Experience
-
Preferably 3 to 6 years of experience in similar filed/position.
