Key Responsibilities
- Develop and design engaging graphics for digital platforms (social media, website, email campaigns, online ads) and print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, banners, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to create visual assets that align with brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all creative deliverables.
- Work on illustrations, infographics, and motion graphics as required.
- Adapt and resize creatives for multiple platforms and formats.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and creative techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design tools like Figma/Canva.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with digital design for web and social media.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle feedback positively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
